Im 8 out of 10 certain this will happen.
With Higuain it was Madrid upping the price literally at the last minute since Napoli (fresh from being loaded with Cavani money) came in. And we were right not to go along with the bidding war aswell. Getting Higuain for £20m would have been fine, but there is no way we should have paid £32m+ for him.
With Alexis its different - im sure he is rated much higher by Arsene and our competitors are either less attractive for the player or not as strong financially. Unless City come in, we can easily fend off others in that regard.
