He'll play a bit but don't forget RDM was sacked for not playing Torres. Abramovich isn't going to just give up on Torres now because of Ba.

Of course, he was the same with Shevchenko.
The Schevchenko experience probably makes this one more of a point to prove for him. It must on some level infuriate beyond words that he's spent that kind of money on two players who have underwhelemed and underperformed.
Personally, I would put good money on Ba finishing top scorer.

Has he been playing better lately Klaus? I remember you said a while back that he's been patchy this season.
He's been injured a bit during the fall but he's been pretty good this season. You still get the feeling he's running at 70% of what he's capable of though, but the talent is immense.
Are Fiorentina willing to sell him? If so won't they ask for a fortune which Wenger would never pay? I no longer watch italian football so i am wondering how much he would be worth?
