I'm so sick of this shit. There's no excuse for inaction.
We're never going to stand a chance with players like Cavani and Goetze that fans love to fantasize about. It's too late, even if we were magically willing to spend that kind of money, there's no reason for them to ever want to come here.
But if we were willing to actually put up proper bids we could stand a good chance of getting players like Fellaini and Jovetic. Don't know much about the latter, but Fellaini would give us so much more depth and options in central midfield without any acclimatation to the league. And I know people hate talking about this, but we need some players with height. His age also means we'd get value for money without having to sit around waiting while Wenger "develops" him into a proper player.
