Sounds about right when you factor in our track record. At least Wenger is on record looking for two players this time. I just can't stomach the "If we happen to literally stumble over someone who's good enough to play for us we'll take him, but we're not close to signing anybody and we're not really looking" bullshit this time.

Personally I think it's quite clear that its Diame or nothing. Two signings is completely out of question. I wouldn't even want that to happen - wenger's bargain bin signings are usually shit these days. Not that Diame would be inspiring.
