@Ricky I think the film is just a careful edit of the series with no new material. Comes in at one and three quarter hours.
@Tim The Ninth Gate is pretty good, I agree. Good silly film - though the idea of Johnny Depp as some sort of scruffy rare book dealer is nonsensical. Polanski rarely makes un-entertaining films IMO.
I saw Super 8 last night. Massive hit of 80s nostalgia. I really liked the way they held off as long as possible revealing the 'antagonist' (trying to avoid spoilers here), the end was a tiny bit average and predictable but the first hour or so of the movie was excellent. 7.5/10
