Going beyond the superficially aesthetic, the similarities to the premises of Avengers and Guardians of the Galaxy are pretty blatant—every scene has its analogue in the corporate workplace, and the whole film seems to be about teamwork, with the "team" proving to be the one healthy organ in the corrupt body of the organisation.
The parallel between Viola Davis in this, and Samuel L Jackson in the MCU will be clear. The plot will probably involve everyone in ARGUS except Amanda Waller being involved in some kind of conspiracy.
The diverse team's counterintuitive mutual loyalty will save the day (with a comic twist or fringe contradiction to keep it fun), and the likelihood is very high that an offer of self-sacrifice by Harley Quinn or the Joker (who'll turn out to be the leaders) will resolve the final conflict without having to be realised.
Imprinting the psychological experience one is supposed to have as a corporate worker with sex and violence.
I reckon it'll be a modest success and critics will talk about it dumbly as a "better direction" for the DCU after a series of movies dwelling on the psychology of private life.
