Sony have an upgrade of the PS4 coming out too though I don't think it's as big, you can still use VR with the current model. But yeah, it's clear it would have been a better investment than the half baked Xbox One and the brick that is the Kinect. I don't really care about the PS4 being a more powerful machine but it's ridiculous that my current machine will seemingly be out of date by the end of 2017.
And given that Project Scorpio will still be a part of the Xbox One family, how long until that's out of date? It's complete houseboat.
Not going to invest in any of it until VR is fully established (and cheaper), if it ever does go big so I'm sticking with the Xbox for the foreseeable.
