“I will be travelling to England to sign a deal with Arsenal after the friendly game against Tanzania. As we speak, Mr Katumbi’s personal consultant Salomon Eskadela is here in Zambia waiting to travel with me to England. “I don’t know the details of the deal yet because I have not discussed with both Arsenal and TP Mazembe. However I spoke to both Mr Katumbi and Arsenal Manager Arsene Wenger who assured me that I would not be going to London for trials but to discuss personal terms and possibly sign a contract.”

Well that'll shut the critics up.
According to Wikipedia this guy has scored 3456 goals for us in 543 games. Impressive if true.
Sounds fast or powerful. Possibly both
I always wanted to read his book on military strategy.
Don't suppose anyone has actually seen him play?
Well? anyone going to say who this dude is?
Yeah, Clausewitz is too expensive for us.
If our scouts can no longer find a good un(known) in France where they are based, how the hell can we trust their knowledge of the Zambian/Congolese leagues? PS i realise it is more than likely a bs link!

we need a midfield general, but this is perhaps going too far? may also be past his prime at 2500 yrs of age.
I regularly watched him play for his club Mazembe in the Congolese Premier League and he is awesome. Already noticed him when Zambia was in the AFCON.
Just kidding. Looked up his wiki page and his goalscoring record seems unreal for a defensive player
According to the TP Mazembe website he's single too.
Watch out ladies!
Apparently he plays mainly as a CB, but can also play LB & midfield. Good on the ball, but occasionally forgets his defensive duties
(poached off Twitter)
Sound like he'll fit right in then.
Victorious warriors win first and then go to war, while defeated warriors go to war first and then seek to win.
Are you Barton in disguise?

The new Tresor Mputu
The guy who made the highlights video is not very good. 1 yellow card, several last ditch tackles and agricultural headed clearances, cross-field passes to the opposition, constantly on his backside due to slippage after the pass and 1 goal (a penalty).
At least he made a video of someone who is playing in the african league. Not at all easy
Well this is underwhelming
Bet this happens. Wenger trying to find his own mbiwa
He looks shit.
