Poor Gervinho. I understand why he's not universally loved, but I don't get why he'd be hated.
I did not expect a huge amount from him in that game changing, effective, influential sense so now that he's started to contribute on something approaching that level I find him quite entertaining.
He's settling into a run of good form, he's looking confident and ready to take his chances.
Quite possibly he's not miles away from an incident that will cause him to lose this mojo, but I guess there is also the possibility that he might stabilize and maintain this form.
By form I mean going for and scoring goals and generally worrying defences.
