He was quality, did yesterday what he's been doing for us all season which is driving the team forward and trying to make things happen.

Best player on the pitch was Gerrard imo. But Oscar and Wilshere have got to be two of the best young players around. Definitely a touch of Kaka to Oscar.

The funny thing is that it's not just the media who are reacting so much to yesterday. It's also a lot of rival fans posting on various boards and articles, many who have been Wilshere-sceptics. He did really well, particularly the first half but to me it looked like a run of the mill Wilshere performance. We're really lucky to get to watch him every week.

I've really warmed to him this season. Outstanding little player. The sooner Brazil build their team around him the better off they'll be.
