Are there any other top clubs having constant problems with contract rebels over several years?
This is something we need to address and getting rid of Song who probably would of done the same leaves us with only Theo's contract to sort out.

Wenger on Sahin
"at the moment it's not alive"
Doesn't sound good but doesn't sound like he's ruling it out either? Still hope?

#afc Wenger says on Sahin: 'at the moment it's not alive.'
"At the moment".
Hmmm.....
Never stop believing 😉 Think the Sahin ship has sailed lads....

And he is the victim in all of this Biggus,a martyr if you will. He takes the blame for everything while the board and players get off scot free. Someday you all will appreciate all Wenger has done for this club.
Our Biggus is beyond help 😉
Fans have short term goals whereas Wenger has long term. Taken a lot longer than we thought and I think the economic problems worldwide didn't help with our flat sales etc. Means we haven't bought in as much money and thus haven't had as much money as we thought. Wenger isn't completely without blame and he has to take some of the blame but not as much as being made out. Every deal falls through and it is Wenger's fault or we are being cheap. At some point you have to draw the line, what if we paid what R.Madrid and Sahin want and then Liverpool keep on upping their offer. We have drawn our line and I don't think it was worth spending £10mill on a player who we might not even get to keep.
