British football team out in the quarter finals on penalties

Where have I seen this before?

certainly not with Scotland and Wales

Women's final on now. The technical ability of some of these Japanese players is astonishing. U.S. Currently leading 1-nil. Good game so far.

Haha, boos for Blatter during the medal presentation ceremony.

Game ended 2-1 in favor of the U.S. Great stuff.

😆 If Blatter had his way they'd be playing in stockings and suspenders.

Not a bad idea, might prevent joint injuries

😆

Or, nothing at all! The old pervert! (not that I would mind too greatly)

Japan vs Korea should be a brilliant technical game. Plenty of scouts should be there to take a look at all the best talents there. Most of the Japanese talents has been plucked away by those quick Bundesliga teams though, Kiyotake, Usami, Nagai to name a few.

Interesting to note Japan was so confident with their youth team they didn't send the 3 overage players. Imagine what they could do with Kagawa Honda Nagatomo here

Who?

Oh well - Wenger knows......

...South Korea who took the lead when Park seized on a poor defensive header to brilliantly turn Daisuke Suzuki and fire low beyond Shuichi Gond.

Good on him

That's the Park we all know and love!

We do?

Wenger Wenger Wenger......

Still don't see why Park wasn't worth more minutes. Bizarre.

"Goal Park Chu-Young Japan 0..." This video is no longer available due to a copyright claim by KBS

He's cursed 😆

Wengers reach is indeed long.

I'm starting to believe the rumours about Park hiding something crucial to the club. This is just bizarre, he's obviously a viable option.
