Kos is out of form, it takes him time to get into it - he's one of those who really do "need a run of games", it's not just a phrase - and he does have that peculiar tendency to get mixed in mega blunders. All this gives enough cover for those who want to claim against him.
But it's still wrong: Kos showed us last year he is a very good CB. No one in his right mind would have traded him last year for anyone. Which is also what people said. The truth is that even in his first, very mixed year with us, in which it was admittedly hard to come to a positive conclusion, the signs of a very good CB were already there.
I think he should get back in the team - the sooner, the better. I know I'll hear it from some "that's crazy, he's out of form/total s***" - I'm not impressed. Should be back in the team.
