I knew as soon as Chelsea got to the final that they would win.

If they could beat Barca they could beat anyone. And they did.

Now Abramovich has won the CL.

Ashley has won.

Terry has won.

We will never be the first London team to win it. Chelsea stay in the competition and we are the only traditional top 4 team not to have won this competition.

I hate this.

We are a bigger club but we are becoming less significant. This is probably what Spurs fans felt for years against us.

It's up to us to win it, I don't give a fuck about being the first. Win it 2 times in the next few years and we're the top team. It's that simple.

Fact remains: over the last few years (won't give a number) we have been the 'smaller' club in comparison to Chelsea. It really sucks but there's nothing more to it.

We HAVE to win this next year.

It's Wembley.

After we lost in 2006, I didn't watch any European football in the 2006-07 season.

Might give it a big steer next season (except for our games) because the Chelsea wankfest will be unbearable.

The next final we get too then I guarantee you the commentators will still be talking about Chelsea and asking if we can do what they did.

barcelona winning does nothing for arsenal's future. if we are anything other than a loser club, a team a few miles away winning will bring about a response. the fact that you all in london are going to get it large from chelsea fans should lead to more vocal pressure on arsenal management because the fans closest to management are being more visibly shamed.

Difference between Arsenal and Chelsea is that Chelsea have an owner who wanted to win the Champions League. Arsenal have an owner who has been to 2 games and wants to qualify for the Champions League.
