So was his comment specifically in regard to te striker position then?

Yes, but there were more comments in relation to our consistency over the past two months and how it's the players who are already here who can help us to win games.

In fairness, they're all better than Bradford! 😃

Fundamentally, Wenger can't motivate this team and so results like that will continue to happen. I'm sure the players like him and everything but they recognise the lack of quality as well. Also some of them are terrible cowards.

I wish we'd signed Kaka two seasons ago. May not have changed our fortunes but signing a former world player of year at least signals that we aspire to a greater standard.

At this rate, we're going to wind up with summer 2011 played out over January 2013.

I really couldnt give a crap if walcott goes, there are ten a penny pace merchants out there. The thing with henry was when he was released and 1on1 with a defender he knew what to actually do, theo just ends up being pushed off. Lets see how far he goes if he was to leave. Another agbonlahor, or defoe at best.

If we sign him for big money his wages will be a millstone for the next 5 years. Theo is not the player you break your wage structure for.
