Capi, I can see why a player like Ramsey or AOC, (or Smalling and Jones if you will), would choose us over Man U. We have built a reputation of giving young players a chance. Logical, makes sense.
A player like Kagawa though? Beyond London and Man U often playing Rooney in his preferred position - I genuinely struggle. Who knows? That may prove to be enough.
