Clattenburg told Murphy at half time that he didn't give the penalty for Murphy's challenge, but for a trip by another player just before - which makes the decision a complete joke.
That's just Clattenburg trying to shield himself from criticism. He obviously gave the penalty because Murphy brought down the Chelsea player.
Come on Fulham... don't think Chelsea are gonna hold on here.
