Honestly think Carroll starts to dive, realises Krul has missed him and the ball is still at his feet, takes another touch (that last half-tap) while falling, perhaps imagining he can still right himself, then realises he can't and goes through with the dive. Bad play or bad simulation, either way it's no good 😃
