Spurs is probably his plan b. Hes stalling hoping a bigger club comes in. Which I suppose is fair enough considering his age he probably wants a chance at the top.
Barca were linked to thiago silva during the season. Its possible but I cant see Milan selling unless thiago refuses to play.

It's now become pretty apparant that no big club is that interested in him. I think all the links to Arsenal seem more and more like something that's been stoked by his agent to get attention. Remember him a couple months ago going out in the media talking about Arsenal? But no bite.

It never really made sense for Wenger to be interested unless he was going to convert him to DM or make him a bench player.

I think he is trying to get Spurs to cough up more money by mentioning our name. I've heard a lot about talented he is but his conduct in recent weeks and how he has been whoring himself about is a bit poor on his part.
