Around 1 minute into the clip he says this: "The secret behind it all was that I put in an incredible amount of work. I remember standing on the pitch and placing the ball on the penalty spot. My goal was to hit ten penalties into the side net behind the right post and then afterwards to do the same thing on the left. If I missed one of them I started over again. Sometimes I stood there for 16 hours in a row before I hit a perfect ten at both sides. That's when I finally felt satisfied. It was my favourite thing in the world."
