Arsenal's communication director Mark Gonnella
Mark Gonnella@MarkG_Arsenal @piersmorgan Ivan is not on a two week holiday. Such things do not exist for Chief Executives at football clubs or anywhere else.
If he was to stay and have a shit season then he probably loses 3 to 4 million a year it's all about the money.

Definitely a dig.
I've lost so much respect for Robin
All this is so uncalled for.

We're going to sell him. We'd be stupid not to
tbh, initially i was of the opinion that we should hold on to him regardless, but now, I couldn't care less tbh. I hope he goes for big money and gets injured for majority of the season, like he's been with us for 7 years.

Still feel the same?
The only way to fix this would be to bring in dein and usmanov and prove to vpersie by signing a couple of good players that we are actually a winning club, but then that would never happen because usmanovs a "bad" person. The current board, gazidiz, majority owner are a joke tbh.
No. Just No.
only way to fix this would be selling RVP and buying a decent replacement and winning something.
😆
Damn his bones! I knew it.
Well who cares. We'll be ok without him. Whether that's a year from now or sooner.
Thanks captain.

Giroud and Podolski are the likely replacements. Decent enough to win something? Not even close IMO (disregarding Capital One Cup)
Wenger comments about RvP that came out yesterday.
We want to keep Robin van Persie at all costs, because we depend on him offensively. I’ve always supported him even in the hardest times, and I hope he will end his career at Arsenal.
RvP responds today with his statement. Surely, it can only mean that RvP wants to make his situation untenable and assure that Arsenal will sell him.

We don't need to "bring in Usmanov" he's already part of the club and he's choosing to sit around watching everything that goes on without doing anything about it.

What did van Persie ever win us?
RVP's none too subtle digs at Gazidis make me think he feels we should/could have tried harder during negotiations.

Not a coincidence, no. He's being meticulously coached by a sporting agency. This is their way of putting an asset on the market. I expect Song to fuck off soon too. He's represented by the same cunts.
If he wanted to stay he would of no player is bigger than the club personally I don't think it's too bad.The style of football hasn't won us anything in the last 6/7 years and with new players that might change.

The difference between being a shareholder with a majority owner in front of you, and being the sole owner is massive, the scenario and situation will change drastically if he were to come and put dein in charge. For starters we wouldnt have a joke of a situation as we have now with vpersie, walcott and a few others.

Clichy too I think. Lannisters everywhere.
