I can't agree with that theory, difficult to get myself to believe that the club would knowingly allow him to release this statement let alone have an understanding on the timing of it.

IF anyone is hurt by this it has to be Wenger.

Van Persie was by all accounts a rude little shit when he first came here, Wenger took the time to mould him, get his attitude in check, stay by him when he was injured and some fans wanted him sold. Put faith in him and gave him the armband last year.

And this is how the ungrateful little rat repays the man who took a chance on him.

Looks like wenger knew when they had that meeting in may that van persie wanted to leave and was preparing with giroud and podolski all along, i knew it was too good to be true to see ambitious signings. Force robin to stay for at least another season who cares if we lose him for free we only got him for 2.5m.

Very true, what gets me is players like flamini hleb nasri adebayor werent as much trouble (discipline and injuries) when they signed and accepted they acted like cunts and are open about the hate they receive, but players like fabregas and van persie think they can do the same and act as though they are only serving the interest of arsenal and should still be on good terms, if anything they are worse the slimy little cunts.
