RvP was the only reason last season was respectable rather than a complete disaster, dont know how we're gonna get anywhere near that this season.

That statement is extremely disrespectful to the club he apparently loves.

It is sad, unlike Fabregas i think many in the squad looked up to him. That said it was hard to replace Fabregas the player than it will be to replace Van Persie's goals if we make the right moves.

I am with Biggus and kind of pleased, let the rat leave and sell Theo too. End this era and make a completely fresh start around some local boys.

Well Suarez has only been there 18 months and Agger is no great shakes. Bales only 22 and Modric will leave Spurs any day now.

We're better than both those sides so its not really a good comparison.

You're probably right it's just that I'm a bit upset that everytime a player says he wants to leave Arsenal nowadays, we let him go. What about holding these bastards to a new contract or making them sign a new deal when they have 2 years left. Song and Sagna have two years left so gazidis better get those two to sign up fast or we'l be here again next summer with a "Don't sell Bac. Let him run his contract out if need be" thread.
