That quote is terribly out of context! I said he has been pretty poor as a bit part player. His whole game in the final third was terrible - until given a decent run as a starter. I don´t think Rosicky, even at present level, is good enough to be a starter for Arsenal. I fully expect him to lose his mojo again when not starting - which makes him a poor option on the bench. Which in turn leads to what I predicted for him - to be involved in only 10-15 games.
Poor use of that much money.
