Does too little with the ball for how much he demands it I reckon. Trying to play like Fabregas, but Cesc he ain't.

He was poor today, as usual. Certainly our worst starting XI player this season, in my opinion.

He takes an age to get the ball under control and that's his biggest failing now.

He worked his socks of as usual though.

It was evident, once he was off, Bolton defenders actually never had to go back to their keeper.

He needs to up his level but there are other problems too.

I don't understand how people can defend him yet still be furious at the situation the club is in. Ramsey and Walcott are the weak links in our team. Today Oxlade played well, Van Persie played well, Arteta played well but they were let down by their team mates today. We all know who they were.

Song needs to be dropped for Coquelin, Rosicky should come in for Ramsey and Henry for Walcott. We need to change things around because this clearly isnt working.

Ramsey is the player flogging himself to cover up for the shortcomings in quite a few others. It's not pretty but it is necessary.

I agree with you except the bit where you said Rosicky should come on for Ramsey.

Rosicky lost the ball too many times in a very short period of time....Bolton was pushing hard, and Rosicky thought he was playing some Division 2 team... Ramsey over Rosicky.

There were a few weak players today, Song, Theo stand out for me...Even Szcz....
But the disturbing thing is the TEAM effort....God, in the last 10-15 minutes, Bolton ran us ragged....
Mental preparation was lacking....

TBF, no matter how many times I read it, you appear to be saying that Ramsey is too busy doing other peoples jobs to worry about his own.

Too true. People are just hammering they're same old drums tonight be it Ramsey, Walcott, Song or whoever but the truth is the team were terrible tonight and it's wrong to blame any player individually.

We need to blame the man responsible for coaching and motivating those players.

It means Ramsey is in the team to run like a donkey because we start every game with at least four players who don't/won't/can't.

normally id disagree with what captain has said, but on todays evidence he's right. rambo mopped up alot of songs shite today.

He runs like a donkey because "he's got a great engine" and that's one of the best facets of his game. It doesn't excuse the fact that as the attacking midfielder at Arsenal Football Club, he's got 1 goal in 21 games. He's also got fewer assists than Alex Song, despite playing more games as well as playing far closer to goal.

Bottom line, Ramsey's overall performance this season has been poor.

It's shocking that a player of his age, talent, and experiences is being asked to be the attacking fulcrum of the side whos fans pay some of the highest ticket fees in the universe
