I think the guy still works very hard, does a lot running in-game, and on both offense and defense...
but in the end he is just an average player, not good-enough technically. And he knows it, which makes him nervous whenever he's in possession. He's always unsure of what to do with himself.
These deficiencies can and were minimized when he was playing with the first team, but they are brutally exposed when the players around him can't carry the burden.
Either way, get rid.
