Right now IMO England are to Spain, Holland and Germany what Blackburn and Bolton are to Arsenal...

...had a stint at Bolton and is currently injured. What´s your point? David Silva, Juan Mata and Cesc are likely to warm the bench for a full strength Spain.

At best England have an outside chance. You also say this under the assumption that all those players will be in blistering form. Not the Feo we all know and love, and as for Wilshere - no one knows what his form will be like come the Euros.
