International football should be banned. Tried watching the first half of the Portugal game. Portugal's plan is to send Ronaldo dribbling down the wing into double cover. Rubbish match.
Watched 10 minutes of Netherlands - Switzerland. That Babel was the best player suggests how seriously the others are taking the game.
Now I'm watching USA-France. Pretty limp. France has dire forward options once you get past Benzema.
Edit: at half time, the French fans booed the team off.
Ireland are so, so terrible to watch. Painful viewing, and Ireland are 1-0 up away from home against 10 men Estonia in a play-off for a competition they haven't reached in 23 years.

Good game to watch, some awful defending from Germany but good attacking as well. Ukraine clinical but clueless in the end, when they've wasted some really good chances.
Don't know what to think about Ukraine though, will be interesting how they play against us on Tuesday.

Watch a pathetically poor Sweden team still draw v England on Tuesday. After England losing emphatically tonight that should put England´s hopes of Euro success next summer into perspective. But it won´t of course.
