That's what I think too. Modric to Chelsea, Bale to City. Spurs will have around £50 million to spend this summer after that but they're going to need to replace a few players in return. There's no way they can afford to sign Adebayor permanently, for instance, so they'll need a new striker. And all of their defenders are old crocks. van der Vaart will probably leave too since he earns way too much for a non-Champions League club.
