Cesc was not just another player
Fabregas was our best player bar none from 2005-2011.
He stayed a lot longer than most other players would have and at times carried us single handedly when the likes of Van Persie and Rosicky were injured and Adebayor was being his usual lazy self.
Maybe I'm just biased because I absolutely adore Fabregas and I was as hurt as anyone when he left.
Even if his heart was never here, even though he dragged out his whole summer transfer circus fiasco and how much it crushed Wenger, I cannot forget what an awesome player he was for us and nobody in our midfield is even close to the level that Fabregas played for us, not even Jack.
