Hi anyway, enjoy the board. It'll quite possibly be refreshing having someone around who doesn't suffer from permanent nostalgia for the earlier Wenger, or Graham years!

I've never seen Arsenal win a trophy, and have been through difficult defeats (the ManU CL Semifinal, the FA Cup Semi's, the loss to Birmingham in the CC, lots of stomach punch games) but it has still been a great time to be an Arsenal fan in my opinion. We play good football at times, and we've been competitive. Plus we've had great players like Cesc, RVP, Arshavin, Walcott, Nasri etc. And now we are building a gritty, steely side with payers like Mert, Pod, Giroud, Kos and Arteta.

It can't be that bad! Though I would like to know how a fan survives going from Invincibles type seasons to the sort of seasons we have now. I would just love to see an Arsenal team that plays with that sort of swagger.

I'm a new guy as well. Hello.

I post sporadically on AM, which server issues has gone a bit out of hand recently, and will probably do the same here. Arsenal became a thing for me in the 98/99 season when we had truly fantastic players such as Overmars, Anelka, Adams and of course Bergkamp and Vieira. I've always had a thing for Petit as well. Now there was a midfield that could shield the back four.

This site is one of the best Arsenal related forums on the web and I browse it regularly so I'm looking forward to contributing here.

Hello guys, another long time lurker from AM here. Moved to the Tolly when I found out all my favourite posters are here cough Klaus cough. Have been reading this forum over the course of the last season and finally managed to register.

Haven't seen us win much but respect the manager all the same. Feeling positive about him turning it around this window, at least until he sells our next first teamer 😉

Here's hoping for a good summer. Come on you erm.. suites!
