Should've layed off before the game Ricky.

Klaus, are Juventus likely to beat Napoli tonight?

I think so, yeah. Napoli are very tough to beat when they're playing at home and they always do very well against big teams, but I watched them against Atalanta in the last round and they looked poor. Think Champions League is starting to take its toll. Cavani and Inler are carrying knocks too and might not play. If they don't make the starting eleven I'm going to bet big on Juve. Otherwise I think I'm going to let it slide. Away results are rare against good teams in Italy.

Cheers mate. Odds look outstanding considering the nine point gap between the two teams.

Yeah, Juventus are in great shape too. Marchisio is suspended for them though which is a big negative.

Just had a look at Copa Italia, by the way. There's a good double to be had tonight:

Parma - Verona (1) 1.57
Catania - Novara (1) 1.67
Total odds: 2.62

Two strong home teams against a Serie B side (Verona) and a Serie A jumbo (Novara). Very good odds all things considered.

Think Chelsea at evens could be a great bet after what Kenny had to say at the weekend but would wait until the teams are announced.

Had an afternoon accumulator featuring Club Brugge, turned off live scores as they were 3-1 down in the 75th and thought I had bust. Just had a quick look and they won 3-4. Brilliant.

Cheltenham Town and Bristol City are the early standouts on this weekends coupon.

Staying away from PSG from now in. Useless fucking cunts. The whole team deserve to get fired the way they've been playing lately. Found a few other good bets this weekend though:

Inter - Udinese (1) 2.05

Crazy odds on Inter at home against Udinese. I said two or three weeks back that I would back them from now on since their poor form is about to turn and so far they've generated a lot of money for me. Udine have been surprisingly good this season but their away record is pretty poor. Good teams very rarely lose at home in Italy. It might turn out a draw in the end but Inter are desperate for points and played well last time. Odds is simply too good to not try.

Montpellier - Lorient (1) 1.75

Top of the league with a strong home record. Lorient have been poor for the last two games. Think I'm going to double this one with the Inter game.

I think Fiorentina - Roma will end a draw tomorrow, but I'm waiting for the lineup tomorrow before I decide. 3.10 is a very good odds though. Lazio are playing Novara on monday night too. Waiting for the lineup there too but 1.40 is a great return.

I've not had a single penny on Cheltenham. 1-0 up after 2 mins

18/1 that all premiership teams win their champs league games and I fancy it to be honest. Bayern are missing a few and Olympiakos are rubbish, only Chelsea holding me back at the moment but reckon it's worth a score.

Nice odds. Could be worth a try. I think Chelsea are dead certain to win that game considering it's at home. They've got some well-needed confidence from the Newcastle game too. Not too sure about Arsenal though. Depending on the defensive lineup the game could swing either way.

I think Napoli is the bank tonight otherwise. This is the most important game for the club in decades. If they win away to Villarreal they will qualify. If they don't they will probably get knocked out. The spaniards, meanwhile, have absolutely nothing to play for. They've taken zero points in their group so far. They lost against Racing Santander in the league last weekend too and have a six-pointer coming up against Real Sociedad on saturday. Count on them to rest a couple of players tonight. Odds are around 1.80 in Napoli's favor.

My general rule is to avoid matchday six like the plague but there looks to be decent value for once although I won't go large on anything.

Fancy a Preston/Oldham double at 2/1 tonight.

Palermo - Cesena (1) 1.70

Have some free money.

😆 Munoz screwed me over good and proper.

I decided yesterday that I would not take the Klaus Italian Bet of the Weekend 🙂

Right I've gone to the dark dark side and backed Spurs.
I feel terrible 🙂
If that does not curse them nothing will.

I don't mix backing spurs with doubles. I'd cry if spurs won but bayern didnt

City 2-1, Balotelli anytime 2-1.

Look good on paper but just not sure.

Put some money on Lille and Lazio, Dules. Both strong home teams with good form against poor away teams with poor form. Decent odds.

Lille - Nice (1) 1.40
Lazio - Chievo (1) 1.52
Odds: 2.20

Not too sure about Premier League. It's always tricky this time of year. Arsenal look worthwhile at 1.80 though. I think Fulham might get away with a point against United too.

I always back united if only to jinx them

What about Palermo big kd? Fancy them?

I do, but I wouldn't back it up with my own money. Palermo are great at home but poor away. Don't think they've won a single away game yet in eight attempts. That's why the odds are so high. At some point they have to of course and it might be tonight, but I can easily see the game end in a draw. Maybe even an unlikely win for Novara.

Fancy all of the big boys to win tonight plus Suarez and Walcott to score.

Haven't checked it out but I heard that you can get 17-1
United, Spurs and Everton to win.
Apparently it's the charity bet at Betfair.

Just reading in the mirror that Boylesport are offering evens for Arteta to score four or more premiership goals this season. Help yourselves to some free money.

Did you get in on this one, Capi? I just remembered that Arteta scored his fourth goal for us against Blackburn last weekend. I logged onto Boylesport and found that I had £100 waiting for me. Been lying there since december (apparently he scored a PL goal for Everton too this season). I should have put a bigger sum down.

You know, I hadn't checked that either. Cheers for the heads up.

Anyone know anything about betting on horses?
I'm entered in a Cheltenham Buster at work - looking for a mega tip that will put me ahead of the game please 🙂

Missed that question but I lost all of my money at cheltenham anyway.

Dortmund, QPR, Arsenal, Real Madrid gives around 10-1 tonight.

Wish I'd seen that before it was too late. Great odds all things considering.

I found a pretty interesting bet on William Hill: Wolves to lose the remainder of their Premier League games at 18/1.

A quick look tells me that they have the following games left:

Sunderland (A)
Manchester City (H)
Swansea (A)
Everton (H)
Wigan (A)

Looks too good to turn down.

Have to get a cheeky score on that. Cheers.

Wolves are awful.

£1770 and some change.

I had some cash in the account and wanted to clear it as it was the last day, Newcastle blew me out on my 'normal' bet but that has more than made up for it.
