Anyway, pretty happy with what we have done this summer. Wouldn't have imagined for a single second we would actually signed 5 players, and Arteta being one of them. Also delighted to hear that we apparently went for Hazard Goetze Gourcuff, all top class players as Wenger really wanted a big signing to pay back the fans faith in us but ultimately left it really too late.
The downside to this deal is that Wenger might never want to do this kind of mega spree again until we lose terribly the next time. So you might never see him wanting to spend so forthrightly or those young talents anymore as now we are filled with so many players and by that time Arteta is over the hill Wenger would use Ramsey.
