Wilshere, Ramsey, Walcott, Chamberlain.... a cynic might feel this has been a long time coming: a buy low sell high strategy in the most inflated player market in the country. It would also deflect alot of the critcisms of the domestic press if we're funneling skillful, pass and move players into the national team.
But I can't say I'm displeased at seeing some quality british talent in the squad. We are an english club after all.
