Not disagreeing with you, klaus, I just think the realistic view is that he'll just not be as consistent as, say, two-three years from now. I'm not for cotton-wool treatment, and when he's on his game - who gives a fuck? I was as angry as VP when he was subbed against utd. But today not so much (though there was still someone I'd sub before him). Be it because they forced him out of his game, or because of age/experience (it could be tricky to tell, as your own reasoning would indicate, since you agree with the result).
