Didn't say it's tall (it's not), but he is 5 ft 11 according to all sources I can find. Seems about right to me. He looks taller than Walcott who's 5 ft 9.

Remember we used to say things like that but with Fabregas, Nasri, Adebayor, Flamini, etc all in there.

United were very interested, I remember seeing it reported at once stage that they were muscling in on the deal.
That's why we paid a fortune, in relative terms, for him

Yeah, no way would I drop Arteta from midfield, the man is a class act.
He's got such a quick mind, looks as if he knows where his next pass is going before he even receives the ball.

I can't believe it, a two-footed English player with pace, technique, awareness and a good shot. Makes both Walcott and Gervinho look like the amateurs they are.

I thought he improved his link play with Vermaelen today too. I reckon if he had a run with either Santos or Sagna behind him for a while they'd be immense together.
