And its a massive assumption to say we have to beat City to avoid slipping down the table. Spurs are away to Sunderland, thats not going to be easy for them at all and we still have a 5 point lead over Chelsea.
The idea that we need to win all our games or even not lose any is bullshit. Chelsea and Spurs will drop points between now and the end of the season, all we need to do is drop less. And our form is far superior to both. One loss in 8 games.
We'll finish 3rd and trophyless and it'll have been yet another failure of a season but that doesn't mean everyone had to start being melodramatic and start ignoring reality.
