Blackburn will probably play to avoid relegation. Not impossible that Villa might need a win too to be certain to avoid a sweaty finish to the season.

The thing about Spurs is that they look like they're about to throw it all away. Results don't go their way, their fixture schedule will include more games thanks to the FA Cup and they have the worst squad of the three teams. Goals are starting to dry up too for them.

I love how we're getting revenge on everyone. Beat Liverpool in stoppage time after their last minute penalty in the 100th minute of injury time last season. Beat Newcastle in the last minute and rub it in after the 4-4 result, Come back 2 goals down to score 5 against Spurs after they came back and beat us in the Emirates last season. Thrashed Blackburn after their 3-2 win etc etc.

Chelsea have a horrible end to the season.

I think all three teams are capable of throwing this away but for a change we've hit form in March instead of watching everything crumble. This form won't last but as long as we keep things relatively stable and manage a bonus result against Man City/Chelsea then we should be fine.

Spurs run in looks a bit jammy now.
Chelsea and Sunderland away look about the toughest of their fixtures.
Could depend on how motivated Stoke, Swansea, Norwich and Fulham are when they go to WHL.
All decent teams well capable of taking points off of them.
Guess a lot hinges on how they're coping with the collapse inspired by their loss to us.

Chelsea are a bit of a danger lurking I think, not quite sure what to expect now that the old timers are running the show as they see fit.
Could be one last push left in them.

Chelsea have the worst run in of anyone.. Citeh, Spuds, Fulham, Newcastle, Arsenal and Liverpool.. with only Spuds & Newcastle at home

By the way - Robin scored his 26th goal of the campaign tonight. Liverpool have scored 30 goals this season in Premier League, but four of them were own goals. In other words: he just equalled their entire squad. 😆

He's amazing. If he manages to somehow continue at this rate he'll just scrape past Shearer's Premier League season scoring record.

I'm not counting my chickens just yet. A lot could still happen.
I hope the injury gods smile on us for the rest of the season. If we can keep RVP, Rosicky, Kos, Verm, Sagna healthy, that will be immense.
Spurs have a piss easy run-in. If their confidence isn't shot, they really should be able to lock up third. Hopefully, it is. Would be good to see them and Chelsea battling for 4th on the last day.

Hope the chavs get through and get barcelona or madrid get twatted by them and have to squeeze in fa cup and league fixtures.

Haven't been this excited about a run-in in a while*!! I see a lot of potential banana peels for Spurs between now and the finish.

We should aim to drop no more than 6 points. That is possible with that schedule and the rest breaks we have.

The more I think about it the more Sagna's goal against Spurs is becoming my favourite goal of the season. Van Persie's equaliser has to be goal of the season but Sagna's header was just something else. The way he surged past Bale and thumped it in was just awesome. There's something about a nice crisp header flying in the net that just can't be beaten and I know people like Biggus for instance will appreciate that too. We don't often score them so I always find them a bit special when we do. Here's a nice piece of trivia - that's 3 consecutive games we scored headers (Sagna vs Spurs, Van Persie vs Liverpool, Koscielny vs Milan).

I also don't think it's a coincidence that our resurgence has coincided with Sagna's return. He offers so much and yet still so under-appreciated and underrated - some wanted to sell him last year and have Eboue start!

Sagna blazed in there like some unstoppable force.
There was no way he was going to miss that header.
Powerful stuff.
