Underwhelming for 2 seasons, goes through goalscoring form for 6 months (with a few being penalties it should be said), keeps possesion but does nothing creative with it.
Does he have talent? Of course, he's a technical player who can keep the ball close to his feet and rarely let's someone take it from him. But unless he's scoring goals, he's pretty pointless. If anything, Nasri epitomizes the type fo pointless possession that drives some of us mad. And he's not a particularly good passer, so he doesn't do anything productive with the ball when he has it! The myth of Nasri as some sort of great creative playmaker tells me a lot about how long reputation can delude fans, pundits and commentators.
