Also means most clubs who have cash can't get him too. The process is too complicated, especially for English clubs .

third party ownership needs to be banned internationally.

Its not complicated as long as you have loads of cash to pay off the 3rd ownership.

However, the 3rd owner expect to recoup whatever they invested on Falcao, which is a huge load in addition to the 60m clause. That in itself means most club can't afford him already.

Good read Clrnc, cheers. I don't understand why they've invested this much though - surely it wasn't worth it taking him to Atletico and the group paying so much of his wages themselves??

Yeah, its weird in that sense. I am not sure how it will ultimately work out in favour of them and Atletico. Too much clause and complications in the deal.

That said, the owner of Mascherano and Tevez did make loads of money on them. Looking at the Falcao's owner web, they do own some very weird players. Jose Antonio Reyes too 😆
