I think Alonso has said he will see out his contract and leave, only has a year left so sensible for them to look for a replacement. A good move for them as they know he is leaving so good to get the replacement in early and let him settle in rather than throwing them in the deep end.

Is the fee 38mill euros?

Not too impressed by Madrid's business. They really are dumbfucks of modern transfer market. 65 million euros for Isco and Illaramendi is ridiculous!

They are bound to add a forward as well. Zlatan/Bale/Suarez. It could easily reach 100 million. I think Carlo is a good manager but i hope they fuck up again.

Strange but Serie A seems to be undervalued ATM! Lotsa decent players for fair value.

Also I expect Juve, Napoli and probably even Milan to do well in CL next season.

Isco is worth it, Illaramendi is talented but not 38m. Remember when we were linked, some of us laughed it off "signing we don't need" "young cheap player Wenger likes to buy" "Not worth 10m" "Worse than Denilson" etc etc. 😆

Norwich is in discussions with Leroy Fer, Alderweireld, Toivonen and Quaglieralia. Try to beat that. Southampton and Swansea made some good signings too

First two are good, Toivenen I don't know (Swedish striker, I think?), and Quagliarella would flop imo.

Ambitious signings though...
