It was a great day. Got a nice tan too. I could have a ticket for today, but got too many jobs on and the missus would have my balls.

We were all worried at 80/0, but somehow we pulled it round. Still don't think it'll be straight forward today, the pitch really is dead. By the way, in the ground the referral system is brilliant. For the Clarke decision you had the England fans cheering when he was initially given out, then the Ozzie fans cheering when they showed the hotspot, and then finally everyone went mental when he was given out again. Great drama.

Also, I've been to quite a few cricket grounds in England and Australia, but Trent Bridge is such a nice venue.

It was a faint mark for the Clarke nick but quite clear on TV so must have been difficult being so far away from the screen. Should see what Agar is really made of under pressure today. Been a great test considering after the first day it looked unlikely you'd even get to use your 4th day ticket. It's had everything.

I watched the video of the much talked about Broad non-dismissal. I was a bit surprised about the uproar over something as routine as a batsman not walking. But, having seen the replay, I can understand why.

Yes, he is a fantastic bowler. I used to love watching Asif, too, before he got banned. He was a magnificent swing bowler.

England are probably getting more nervous because of the 1st innings show. It has to be playing on their mind. That attack from Haddin looks to have made them very uncomfortable.

Thirty minutes more to go before lunch since there is only a wicket left. I can't imagine what the sides will be feeling at the lunch break if this game is still not over by then.
