Desperately hope so. Been a big Murray fan since the beginning (met him in 2006 when he came here as an up and coming player). Would be well deserved after so many years of heartbreak in finals. If he does win no doubt there will be the haters who say it somehow doesn't count without having to play Djokovic or even Federer but who cares? They lost so they weren't the best players this time, he's won his side of the draw and you can only play who gets through from the other side. Djokovic was eventually going to lose one day. 3 grand slam finals in a row, he's undoubtedly the best player in the world after Djokovic, but so many times he's come up against an unbeatable juggernaut in the final. It's about time he got a chance to play someone other than those 2 in a final and it's taken 11 grand slam finals for that to happen.
