i doubt it. strong case for top 5. id have him as equal to magic, bird, shaq, duncan, and kobe. some of those guys have more rings but the manner and context of today's title puts him right up there imo.

mj, russell, and kareem are still the top top echelon in terms of titles and overall legacy in the game

Le Bron won with Heat before and he won Finals MVP with Heat before but this was definitely different. Previous criticisms of him have been around his faltering in clutch situations. He was a different animal from Game 3. That block at end which basically won them the game encapsulated his desire and determination this time around. He took greater responsibility this series, dived on the floor, made seemingly impossible blocks. To lead all players in an NBA Finals in scoring, assists, rebounds, steals and blocks is a remarkable achievement. He is a phenom.
