We were by far the better side, their goal was a typical Rogers goal. To be fair to him he specialises in scoring these random long shots, Raya should do better. Likewise Martinez should save Havertz goal! 2nd goal was just superb all round play.

When we went 1-0 down, our response was phenomenal, you could see at that point the difference between the sides. It is a shame we don't play like that more often and last 20 mins went back into sit deep mode.

JazzG Raya should do better

Raya was going the other way, the shot went through legs and he had to readjust in a split second. It's difficult to get distance on a dive when your body is moving the other way and the shot is already incoming.

Maybe this is where his height counts against him, but it was a tough one to stop.

We are only allowed 5 subs a game and yet at the end of every match so far this season people have wanted someone not taken off to have been subbed. We're not allowed to take every player off for crying out loud, so God forbid, there are some players who have to play the full 90.

Spot on, nothing in this game suggested to me that we have made any mistake by not coughing up the extra £30m they wanted for him.

Another guy who needs to be called out is Palmer, the English media love bigging him up when he is making shit defences look like mugs but yet again a big game comes and he goes missing. He usually ducks the games against us but today again did nothing.

100m would be excessive for estevao, but i would be in favor of us paying that. he fits.

Bring Back Kerrea Gilbert I think he was just completely gassed at that point. In the first he had a few of those that were perfection.

Cannon I think he'll improve physically, both in his short burst acceleration and in his strength. You have to remember he hasn't been at an elite club with physios of the level Arsenal have.

Big result. Feels like a bit of a statement coming from behind to beat them after they had come in as some sort of all conquering title favourites having spent a lot of money and scored a few goals in the first 2 games.
Really lovely 2nd goal. Beautiful assist from Tzolis who was excellent after a torrid time last week.

On Chelsea, I’m impressed with what Alonso is doing with them. I think they’ll comfortably be top 4, buoyed by the schedule and returning players.

That was really a great performance all round. We didn't give much away, controlled the game for long periods, and pinned them back hard bar the last 10 mins or so. And even then, aside from Estevao's long range shot, they never really looked like scoring.

Some of the interplay in and around the 18 yard line was a throwback to the 22/23 season. How we've missed Ode over the last couple of seasons.

There is a swagger with which we're playing this season that we haven'tseen in a few years. Kind of reminds me of our early season domination in the 04/05 season post Invincibles where we'd win no matter if we go behind. Let's just hope we don't have another Mike Riley at OT that knocks our confidence.

RowJimmy he was one of their worst players today. Massively overrated. Constantly playing for frees instead of actually trying to make a difference. Horrible player.
