Eze is a weird one. Another who might find himself discarded sooner rather than later if he doesn't attain the expected levels. He's so strange - supposed to be technically secure but so inconsistent and loose with his execution. Not been good enough, and I really don't expect him to be able to step it if I'm honest. Hopefully we can manage both him and Tzolis (welcome to the premier league), and combined they can cover that left wing till we get a player of the required quality, hopefully in January window. It has become an arms race for top level attacking midfielders and wingers (wingfielders) at this stage, and we are a step behind. Shame we missed out on Rogers.
Watching the replay of yesterday's game and can see where a Barcola type would have thrived. Villa and other teams wouldn't dare press us too high up if we had that sort of pace/outlet as an option.
