Qwiss yeah, as someone that wants to move Martinelli on, not sure we should be replacing him with Tzolis. And I'm basing that purely on Tzolis' experience to date. May end up being a super player but not someone who we should be banking on getting the same amount of minutes as Martinelli got last season. Not yet at least.

Don Pacifico I'm vary wary of moving Trossard and Martinelli in the same summer at all. We don't know how any new player might fit in and its very useful to have someone we know fits and can at least do a job. I'd much prefer we moved one this summer and the other next summer. Now if they go mental and sign both Rogers and Barcola fair enough but that seems unlikely.

Qwiss yeah, agreed. I'd rather keep Tross but if we are selling him, I'm not convinced Tzolis should get his or Martinelli's minutes. I'm also not convinced that Rogers solves the problem on the left either, so if you sold both then you've only really got one genuine winger who is experienced (Barcola).

I know there's been ample talk about retaining Trossard being a no-brainer and he's shown good form at this World Cup, but it's also okay to relax and accept it's good business to sell a 31 year old for a fee, let him get himself another payday, and move on having done his work at the Premier League champions. It's good fortune for all.

I agree but we've got Saka and Madueke who are both able for the position if needed. We've stockpiled players to get this league title and now we're going to need to thin the pile.

Tzolis is an offbeat moneyball signing, but his price is good. One Rogers is four of him. He might come and do nothing, but he looks lively and a better gamble than Fabio Vieira.

Don Pacifico Rogers plays a lot on the left for Villa. Its not an Eze situation, I think he'd be great on the left for us. Think he's actually function a lot like Trossard but with more athleticism and strength.
