Whatever the intricates are about Nwaneri's situation the people who have worked closely with him for the last few years are making a judgement call. It might be about how he has responded to challenges or it might simply be that the squad is full. Or he might not leave at all, maybe his agent is just making sure that he doesn't feel forgotten.
