Making a very big assumption that Timber will be fit by the final (and at least one game under his belt), we would definitely need him to start v. Kvara.. Even last year, he was lucky not to get booked for a string of fouls against Kvara to try to keep him quiet. I don't think Benny has a prayer against Kvara. Even though he looked much better than past couple games, Kvara is a different proposition completely. And that to say nothing of Dembele and Doue/Barcola on the other side. Not sure Calafiori will handle them that well either. Hincapie is better at locking down, but of course we sacrifice some of our attack with him in there.
That being said, we ran them sorta close last year.. Both were 1-goal games, and we had more possession and more shots than they did, and thats with Kiwior at the back with Saliba and Merino leading the line in the second game (Trossard in the first).
They are a great team, but i do think they can be got to. I don't think is as much of a foregone conclusion that they will smoke us as many people on the internet or on TV seem to think it is. People seem to think we'll end up like Inter in the final last season, but I think it will be much closer than that. We don't play run & gun like PSG like to do, we want to control the game more, set the pace more, and i think it will be more like yesterday's game v Bayern and less like the first one.
