I just am very hesitant to take big money gambles on wingers where they don't have an extensive track record of success against packed boxes and the low blocks they would face here. Barcola is phenomenal in open space but can he do it when he has no space to run in behind? I'm dubious. Kvara or Doue would be the small space technicians I would want from that loaded PSG team, and they aren't going anywhere.
And it's a huge no for me on Goretzka. Maybe a few years ago but he is aging poorly since his strengths were based on his running power, strength and stamina rather than technical ability. If we are looking for more of a like for like Rice sub, I'd prefer we look at a younger profile with a high ceiling to learn behind him.
